Valentine’s Day Dance

February 1st, 2016 · Uncategorized

Shongum School’s first Valentine’s Day Dance is sold out! If you are attending the event, please read this entire blast. For those of you attending, the dance runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and you will enter through the gym doors. There is no special attire for the evening, so feel free to dress your best or comfortably and get your dancing shoes on!! There are bathrooms connected to the gym, so there is no reason for anyone to leave the gym and enter other areas of the school at anytime. Desserts and beverages will be available. There will be a nut free table, but all parents should determine what they are comfortable with their children eating at the dance. There will be a photo station available for a great family shot. In order to participate, you will need to complete the attached waiver. Please bring it with you to the dance to expedite your entrance.  PhotoPermission
There will be a registration table as you enter the dance. Your $25 entry fee is for ONLY one adult and children. If you are not on the registration list, you will not be able to attend the event, unless you volunteer to chaperone. We have attached a link for your convenience. Any questions, please contact Jill Ellermeyer at

They are asking that each student bring in one personal hygiene item (a bar of soap, toothpaste, a toothbrush, etc) to be donated to local food pantries.
